What are the Charges

Charges until 1st May 2012

Mileage rate: £1.10 for the first 100 miles. Over 100 miles is charged at 93pence a mile.

For use up to 5 hours there is a minimum charge of £21.00

For 5 to 24 hours minimum charge: £40.00

Our charges to members include the cost of fuel and insurance*

 We are required to charge VAT on the Mercedes Vaneo car.

* Comprehensive Insurance is subject to an excess of £250 for accidents caused by the driver of SCT vehicles. Roof damage will be charged at £600 to the user and AA call out through user abuse will be charged out at £95.

Cancellation charges:   There is no charge if we receive three working days notice. If you cancel less than three days prior to your reservation or do not turn up, the period of the reservation will be charged at the full rate for each day or part day unless we are able to rebook the vehicle to another organisation.
